- IS300: 2.0-liter turbo-4, 241 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, 8-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive.
- IS300 with all-wheel drive: 3.5-liter V-6, 260 hp and 236 lb-ft and a 6-speed automatic. All-wheel-drive can send up to 50% of its power to the front wheels.
- IS350: 3.5-liter V-6, 311 hp and 280 lb-ft torque, rear-wheel-drive 8-speed automatic; with all-wheel drive, 6-speed automatic. Estimated 60 mph in 5.6 seconds with rear-wheel drive.
- IS500 F-Sport: 5-litre V-8, 472 hp and 395lb-ft torque with direct shift 8-speed automatic. An estimated 0-60mph in 4.6 seconds.
