The 2023 Lexus NX has easily become one of our top-selling SUVs in Edmonton with hundreds of buyers falling in love with its fantastic connected technology and modern styling.
The NX was completely redesigned for 2022 with Lexus innovating everything from its looks to its interior offerings including a new and more intuitive touchscreen that our guests love. With 2023 bringing a new model to market, there are a few upgrades from last year and a whole host of reasons to be excited about this new crossover.

THE 2023 LEXUS NX HAS FOUR POWERTRAIN OPTIONS THAT IMPRESS
The 2023 Lexus NX has a powertrain option for everyone. So whether you prioritize fuel efficiency or performance, love a traditional gasoline engine or are ready to purchase your first-ever hybrid, the NX has it all.
NX 450h+: A plug-in hybrid electric engine that makes use of a high-capacity lithium-ion battery that achieves electric vehicle (EV) output equivalent to a 2.0L gas engine and an estimated EV range of 58 km. Guests apprehensive about battery charge time will be excited to learn that from empty to full, it takes less than two and a half hours. And because the system is paired with the self-charging 2.5L inline 4-cylinder engine, you never have to be worried about running out of juice.
Lexus NX 350h: Guests who choose this hybrid option will enjoy 239 total horsepower from their self-charging hybrid electric. This is a great option that blends both high-performance output and impressive fuel efficiency: 5.7 L/100km driving in Edmonton and 6.4 L/100km on the highway.
NX 350: A traditional gas-powered 2.4L turbocharged engine and eight-speed automatic transmission run this model. Putting out an almighty 275 peak horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque, performance junkies will be thrilled by how quickly this crossover accelerates and the powerful but smooth drive it delivers on the open highway.
NX 250: This model features a 2.5L four-cylinder and eight-speed automatic that delivers an enticing blend of power and efficiency: 9.4/7.4 in the city and L/100 km on the highway.
The 2023 Lexus NX is Canadian Made
Edmontonians are proud to support Canadian business and manufacturing and what better way to do that than with the vehicle they drive? The 2023 NX is proudly built in Canada at TMMC in Cambridge, Ontario, one of the top assembly plants in the world.
In fact, you might not know this but Canada was the first country to ever build Lexus vehicles outside of Japan and has been producing the Lexus RX for many years from this homegrown facility.

Every 2023 NX features the Lexus Interface – an Apple CarPlay and Android Auto-compatible multimedia and connectivity system that has changed the lives of our guests in such a big way.
It makes staying connected on the road easier than it has ever been thanks to a virtual language assistant that can do anything for you inside the vehicle with a simple voice command. That means plugging in an address, acquiring directions, and other vehicle features like turning on your favourite podcast are all done through your words.
THE 2023 LEXUS NX HAS 15 MODELS TO CHOOSE FROM
With four powertrain options and a host of upgrades and F SPORT Packages to include on your ideal NX, there are a total of 15 NX trims to choose including the 2023 Lexus NX 350 Luxury, 2023 Lexus NX 350h Executive, and the 2023 Lexus NX 450h+ Executive.
The NX 450h+ Executive package (MSRP: $76,350) is one of our favourite choices because it brings SO much to the table including more aggressive styling and performance to the plug-in hybrid NX.
Things like an advanced touch steering wheel, triple beam headlamps with intelligent high-beam, the 64-colour thematic ambient illumination system, a power rear door with kick sensor, head-up display, and a wireless charging system for your electronics.
Standard Lexus Safety System 3.0 Comes Standard on the 2023 Lexus NX
Safety is a top priority for many of our guests and the 2023 NX does not disappoint featuring the latest edition of the Lexus Safety System 3.0. Our clients have come to rely on these technologies to support their decision-making on the road when situations or conditions arise that are less than ideal.
That includes letting drivers know when they are veering out of their lane to alerting them when something is behind them when reversing and so much more. Other conveniences included in this safety package include a digital latch system that ensures doors open smoothly at the touch of a button when entering or exiting the vehicle. A new feature for 2023, Safe Exit Assist lets the driver and passengers know when a vehicle or person is walking by their door before they open it to avoid accidental contact.
