2023 RX CANADIAN PRICING & HYBRID POWERTRAIN OPTIONS

If you have been waiting for Lexus Canada to announce pricing for the 2023 RX then we have some fantastic news for you Edmonton — the time has come. The all-new 2023 RX will have an MSRP of $58,650 and can reach $85,600 depending on factors such as trim level and package.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE 2023 RX

The 2023 Lexus RX is now in its fifth generation and has been hailed as the best version yet of this highly popular luxury SUV. In fact, Lexus says thanks to new technology, newly included premium materials and exhaustive high-stress testing, this RX is a truly innovative piece of engineering.

Edmonton drivers looking to make big changes (for big savings at the gas pumps) will be thrilled to know the 2023 RX will have two hybrid powertrain options including the new RX 350h and first-ever 500h. And of course, all 2023 RX models come standard with all-wheel drive (AWD) — an absolute necessity for Edmonton families.

2023 LEXUS RX PRICING

The 2023 RX 350 will come in four trims: Premium, Luxury, Ultra Luxury and Executive. Pricing starts at $58,650 and goes to $74,150 at the top level. You can also opt to include an F SPORT 1, 2 and 3 package on your RX or a first for the line-up — F SPORT Performance 2 and 3. The RX 500h will come as the F Sport Performance 2, starting at $79,800; and the F Sport Performance 3 at $85,600.

2023 RX HYBRID POWERTRAIN OPTIONS

The 2023 RX offers a highly diverse powertrain portfolio encompassing Lexus Electrified variants, as well as the Lexus DIRECT4 all-wheel drive system. We will focus on the two powertrain options below: RX 350h and RX 500h F SPORT.

RX 350h: A hybrid motor paired with a 2.5-litre four-cylinder Atkinson-cycle gasoline engine that delivers 246 horsepower and 233 lb.-ft. of torque. It works together with our low-resistance nickel-metal hydride battery (which is tucked away under the back seat) and together they deliver a fantastic fuel economy that drivers will be thankful for with high gas prices here in Alberta.

RX 500h F SPORT: This high-performance hybrid 2.4-litre turbocharged inline-four engine is paired to a high-output, low-resistance nickel-metal hydride battery and together they deliver 366 horsepower and 406 lb.-ft. of torque — you read that right.
